Call +1-866-805-8548 and describe what your system is doing — the symptoms help us send a tech prepared with the right parts.
A licensed technician arrives, runs a full diagnostic, and explains exactly what's wrong in plain language.
If anything feels off after we leave, a follow-up call gets a technician back out to make it right.
Leonard HVAC grew one honest service call at a time in communities like Appling. Every technician we send to your door is background-checked, factory-trained, and licensed to work on the systems installed throughout Appling, GA.
We're not the biggest name in Appling — we're the team that shows up in the truck, not a subcontractor we've never met. Every job we run is backed by full liability coverage and current state licensing, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, routine or emergency.
Being local matters more than most companies let on. That local knowledge shapes how we diagnose problems — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Too many homeowners in Appling have a story about a tech who showed up late, quoted one price, and charged another. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We track arrival windows, callback rates, and repeat-issue complaints internally so problems get caught before they become patterns, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Appling is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
Our office team is based locally too, not routed through an out-of-state call center that's never seen a Appling rooftop unit. We keep parts inventory stocked based on what actually fails most often on Appling's housing stock.
Whether it's a mid-summer breakdown or a planned system replacement, our Appling techs handle it with the same level of care.
A dead system in the middle of a heat wave or a cold snap isn't just inconvenient — it can be a real safety issue for kids, pets, and older residents. Our Appling dispatch team sends the closest available truck first so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
Once a technician is on-site, the goal is always a same-visit repair — most emergency calls in Appling get resolved in a single trip, not a multi-day back-and-forth.
An aging system that's constantly breaking down usually costs more to keep patching than to replace. We walk Appling homeowners through efficiency ratings and how they translate into real monthly savings before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
We protect floors and entryways during the install and haul away the old equipment so you're not left dealing with disposal.
Downtime in a commercial space costs money every hour a system is offline. Our commercial division services multi-zone commercial buildouts across Appling, with after-hours work to avoid disrupting business.
Property managers working with multiple Appling locations can set up a standing account so every site gets consistent service history and pricing.
A seasonal tune-up catches the kind of wear that turns into a mid-summer no-cool call. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle humidifier, dehumidifier, and air purifier installation for Appling households that want more than just temperature control.
A tune-up typically takes under an hour and covers the checkpoints most likely to catch a problem before it becomes a breakdown.
Guarantees only mean something if a company actually honors them, so here's exactly what ours covers.
Every repair comes with a workmanship warranty explained in plain terms before we leave.
Emergency dispatch never comes with a hidden surcharge sprung on you after the fact.
Our office follows up after major repairs and installs to confirm everything is holding.
A little attention to how your system is running can save you a lot of money and discomfort.
Rattling during startup often means a component has worked itself loose and needs tightening before it causes real damage.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
Gradual efficiency loss is easy to miss month to month, but it adds up fast over a season.
Short cycling puts extra wear on the compressor and shortens the system's overall lifespan.
Chemical odors may signal a refrigerant leak, which requires a licensed technician to handle safely.
If you're calling about the same problem every few months, the underlying cause likely hasn't been fully addressed.
We explain diagnostic fees and repair estimates before authorizing work.
Because our trucks are stationed near Appling, we're rarely far from your address.
We don't consider a job finished until the system is actually performing correctly.
We run background checks because you're letting someone into your home.

A snapshot of the feedback that keeps us accountable.

"Signed up for the annual plan after our first repair and it's paid for itself already. You can tell these guys actually know what they're doing."
"Had a full system replacement done and it was the smoothest home project I've had in years. Would recommend to anyone in Appling needing a real replacement, not a patch job."
"Commercial dispatch was quick and the tech understood our system without needing to be walked through it. Now our go-to for every property in the portfolio."
"The estimate matched the final invoice exactly, down to the dollar. Would use them again without hesitation."
"Called at 11pm during a heat wave and honestly didn't expect anyone to pick up, let alone show up. Genuinely relieved to have found a crew that answers when it matters."
None of these are unusual or embarrassing — they're just the normal wear and tear that comes with running a system through Appling's seasonal swings.
Appling's seasonal swings put real stress on a system that isn't maintained regularly. Before the coldest stretch of the year, a heating system benefits from a full safety inspection, checking the heat exchanger, ignition system, and airflow to catch any issue that could turn into a no-heat emergency.
Clearing debris, leaves, and overgrown landscaping away from an outdoor condenser unit gives it room to breathe and keeps it running efficiently. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
We also service package units common on manufactured and modular homes throughout the Appling area. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
We don't outsource dispatch to a call center that's never met our technicians.
